Digg causes websites to go offline.

Napisano dne 2. 12. 2007 ob 20:09:29

An article on ravivora.com was published on Digg.com and went public 4 hours and 15 minutes ago. As of now, the website has gone offline and a message from site’s hosting provider is displayed, saying the CPU quota has been reached and the site therefore had to be shut down.

That’s why people should think twice if their or anyone else’s websites are capable of accepting a mass of internet/digg users before clicking the notorious Digg button.

I’ve never tried to Digg my articles, partially because my primary writing language is not English.

So why writing in English? I actually don’t have a concrete reason, but some time ago I wrote I would start to post some articles in English to gain more visitors. Nothing came out of it. Maybe it will now. Wish me luck.
