Salzburg
So, some time has passed and I decided to do my English posting again.
We were in Salzburg about two weeks ago; we went to a salt mine nearby Salzburg, then we took a look of a reconstructed Celtic village. If it hadn’t been so cloudy, I would’ve probably taken some better shots, nevertheless these also look good. By the time we had arrived to the old part of Salzburg, it was already dark and I got even less chances for photographing than in the Celtic village.
As much as I like photographing, I also like to post-process most, if not all, of my photos. Recently I’ve been discovering HDR technique and have improved it on this set of photos. Maybe I’ll write a how-to HDR once.
I took a lot of photos; around 150 I think. But since the weather was really messed up, most of them very either over-exposed or under-exposed and I couldn’t find an ultimate setting for aperture and shutter. I tried changing the white balance, ISO, exposure value and of course, the aperture value and shutter speed. After some combinations I got some better results, but I knew I could get even better. So the final number of photos that I thought are the best for processing and upload reduced by a multiplier of 10, so I got 15 photos. Interesting, huh?
